Soon-to-be doctors get glimpse of promising futures
Seniors Sara Patrawala (left) and Allison Linton (center) receive envelopes with their residency match information from Deborah A. Reed, MD, assistant professor of psychiatry and behavioral science. Dr. Reed spent the last four years mentoring 45 medical students who will graduate in May. "Their first year, very few of them have any idea what specialty they want to go into. It's exciting to see them coming in as fresh-faced college graduates and watching them grow to now being almost MDs," she said.
